• If you are simply looking for the cheapest price, save yourself the time and look elsewhere. I've seen "cheap" work and I don't do it. After shopping around, you will quickly realise my pricing is more than fair. 

• You can expect me to respect your time by showing up when we agree. I’ll respect you, your family and home by: 

* Not touching anything without permission

 

* I won't scissor-kick the dog trying to shag my leg (but you better get it off). 

 

• And finally - I hate time wasters. So if you are a time waster, I hate you. DO NOT CONTACT ME if you plan on wasting my time or playing games. Other guys may enjoy taking 2-hour scenic tours of Dallas's breathtaking world of concrete for free. I don't.

That also includes not returning phone calls/e-mails. Not only is this inexusably rude because you contacted me first, but takes my time away from current projects.
